Cooking in the Cabin

Summer is concluding, time to start harvesting. We will use what we planted in spring to make traditional summer foods. Join the Foodways 1790 culinary historians as they prepare typical vintage foods using an authentic hearth, recipes and cookware.

Cooking in the Cabin

Free participants watch; paid participants ($12) assist the Foodways 1790 culinary historians in preparation of the meal.

Register for Event # 2391 Noon-3pm. All Ages FREE.

Register for Event # 2394 Noon-3pm. Ages 12+ $12.

Museum Information

Museum open daily 9a-5p and closed County holidays.
Park open daily sunrise to sunset.
Trail maps and information are available in the nature center.

Field trips and programsf or groups are available by contacting the nature center.

Changes and cancelations are sent by email to registrants, are posted online, and are available 24/7 at 410−88-PARK.

Accommodations such as language interpretation or large print are available.

Free Two Tiers: All Ages FREE and 12+ at $12 per person.
